The alternative motto for my generation would be

I'm beginning to understand that true poverty isn't as much about a lack of money as it is a spiritual poverty and that's what addictions of any kind create. My goal for this year has been to get my life back in balance and to take an honest inventory of myself so I can eliminate any behaviors or habits (I have a lot) that are keeping me from having the life I want. So far I've quit smoking cigarettes,sugar and I'm working on other bad habits like negative thinking. I'm sending out this challenge to anyone reading this to take a year and do the same.
